A new Spring Term!

The children have been really busy finding out all about 'The Big Wide World' which is our new topic for the term. They have carried out a Llanharry Weather Survey and have compared our weather last week to the weather in Iceland! The children have also used globes and atlases to find Wales and Iceland. They were able to talk to our visitor Becky about her travels to Iceland. She told them about the cold and dark, what she had to wear, what she ate, and also about all the geographical features she saw. This week we hope to go on a walk into the village of Llanharry to look at the features of our own locality.
